First step: Recognize

Third step: Forgiveness
Don’t just say, “I forgive myself”, but get into that energy of genuine forgiveness. It’s the same with affirmations, as you say it, you feel it. You open your heart and you feel that sense of forgiveness for yourself and whomever else you need to. Once you forgive, healing begins, and you can make a change.
